How to make White Rice at home
Many people think eating rice is unhealthy. But it is not true. As per Ayurveda rice can be taken by everybody at any meal. Do you know why ?? It is because rice is one of the food item which can be easily digestible.
May be different type of unboiled rice is having a little variation of cooking but the result will be similar. It is very easy to cook.
Don't stress we are using Sona Masuri rice here for cooking, and the result is just perfect.
Follow the exact steps to get the best result.

Ingredients :
- Rice - 250 gms wash throughly and keep aside
- Water - 6 times
Method :
- Boil water in a big container in high flame. Add the rice
- Stiar for 1 or 2 times and cover the lid for few minutes or until a full boil
- Remove the lid and keep the flame in medium to low heat
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes .Add the hot water and stir if needed. Cook until the rice is 80 % done (press couple of rices and check)
- Strain the rice from the excess rice water and now it is ready to eat
Serve hot with Kadhi and vegetable fry. You can serve as per your choice too.
