How to make Eggless/No egg Chocolate Brownie
This is one of our favorite dessert everyone love it have a bite of it. Restaurant style cooking and baking made easy, at home.

Ingredients
- 9" Cake pan
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tea spoon baking powder
- 1 tea spoon baking soda
- 1/4 tea spoon salt
- 2 table spoon sugar
- 1 can Condensed Milk (I used 300 ml)
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 table spoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter ( or vegetable oil)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C (160C with fan) Gas mark 4
- Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa powder together in a large bowl .
- In another bowl mix Condensed Milk ,Vanilla Extract , melted butter( or vegetable oil) and hot water around 5 mins in medium speed
- Slowly mix the liquid mixture and dry mixture and give it a nice mix (around another 3 mins may be) and tap it to avoid any air bubble
- Bake the mixture for 45-50 mins or until the tooth pick comes clean
For the warm chocolate sauce
I used chocolate sauce and warmed it (if you have a better and easy option please share with us).To Serve
To serve us Good-quality vanilla ice cream .
