How to make Eggless/No egg Chocolate Brownie

This is one of our favorite dessert everyone love it have a bite of it. Restaurant style cooking and baking made easy, at home.

Ingredients

  • 9" Cake pan
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1 tea spoon baking soda
  • 1/4 tea spoon salt
  • 2 table spoon sugar
  • 1 can Condensed Milk (I used 300 ml)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 table spoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup melted butter ( or vegetable oil)


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C with fan) Gas mark 4
  2. Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and cocoa powder together in a large bowl .
  3. In another bowl mix Condensed Milk ,Vanilla Extract , melted butter( or vegetable oil) and hot water around 5 mins in medium speed
  4. Slowly mix the liquid mixture and dry mixture and give it a nice mix (around another 3 mins may be) and tap it to avoid any air bubble
  5. Bake the mixture for 45-50 mins or until the tooth pick comes clean

For the warm chocolate sauce

I used chocolate sauce and warmed it (if you have a better and easy option please share with us).

To Serve 

To serve us Good-quality vanilla ice cream .
